We want you to love your coffee and tea products. If you are not satisfied, here’s how refunds work.
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Product must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Perishable items like opened coffee/tea packs cannot be returned for safety reasons.
Contact support@CupOasis.com with order details.
We’ll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you about your refund status.
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Defective or damaged items may be exchanged for the same product.
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, check with your bank. If unresolved, contact us.
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift, you may receive store credit instead of a direct refund.
Customized products cannot be refunded.
Opened consumables (coffee/tea bags) are non-returnable.
