Refund Policy

We want you to love your coffee and tea products. If you are not satisfied, here’s how refunds work.

1. Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Perishable items like opened coffee/tea packs cannot be returned for safety reasons.

2. Process

  1. Contact support@CupOasis.com with order details.

  2. We’ll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you about your refund status.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

4. Exchanges

Defective or damaged items may be exchanged for the same product.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, check with your bank. If unresolved, contact us.

6. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.

7. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift, you may receive store credit instead of a direct refund.

8. Exceptions

  • Customized products cannot be refunded.

  • Opened consumables (coffee/tea bags) are non-returnable.
